Dino and GNOME 44 EOL (poptalk.scrubbles.tech)

I have Dino 0.4 on Ubuntu. Whenever I upgrade anything in flatpak, it tells me that Dino is using a GNOME 44 runtime and that it’s out of support.

Is Dino under active development, and I should just hold tight? Or should I be looking for a different XMPP client?

Don't let people sell you flashlights unless they're super cheap and super reliable. :) Especially avoid buying rescue or air defense searchlights - if a product contains the word "rescue" or "defense", its price will cause a jumpscare. Optics isn't a secret art, Wikipedia has all the relevant information - and if you happen to have a solar concentrator with a reasonable focal length, you have a searchlight waiting to happen. :)

P.S. Just remember: LEDs need to be current-limited and cooled. :)

To be clear: we're going to use renewable hydrogen for some things, such as fertilizer manufacturing — there isn't any other way to do them sustainably. There are applications for which it's one of the most expensive choices, such as home heating, and a whole host of industrial processes and aviation sitting in between.

A collision of climate change, urban sprawl and poor infrastructure has pushed Mexico City to the brink of a profound water crisis.

Hi !

As I have account on lemmy.ml, I look into the lemmy community created on slrpnk.net through the federated lemmy community, but its contents don't match the ones on the original slrpnk community. There are some messages missing.

Not sure if this is something someone would care, but I was planning to look at the contents through the lemmy instance, where I do have my account...

Greetings !

Skunk #1 clone, week 9 or 10.

Needs a little more time, but they are not gaining the weight I was hoping for...

I've found Facebook marketplace to have a large reach, however I'd like to know if there are any good alternatives outside of Facebook?
