This really seemed like a good simplification until you threw in that d'Alembert operator at the end

Let me guess, some Indian boomer? They come up with the wildest shit.

Bitcoiners are old-school, serious people. They highly dislike such bullshit as they have seen the entire "crypto" shitshow, and the AI bullshit is similar in many ways

I've heard about an extended version of the equation:
E^2^ = m^2^c^4^ + p^2^c^2^
Or E = (m^2^c^4^ + p^2^c^2^)^1/2^

If so, AI = (m^2^c^4^ + p^2^c^2^)^1/2^ - mc^2^

I may have the capabilities to be a technology management consultant

So math is like painting, you can just arbitrarily add a splash of color somewhere to change the mood..

[-] gimsy@feddit.it 3 points 1 week ago

Well math might be, physics for sure isn't

As I said in another thread where this was posted, that original post has the distinctive voice of ChatGPT. Could be another similar model, but I'd bet money that was written by an LLM.

[-] brbposting@sh.itjust.works 18 points 1 week ago

How did it lose so much quality since it was posted just a week or two ago?

[-] doctordevice@lemmy.ca 13 points 1 week ago

The ways of compression artifacts are mysterious.

[-] stebo02@lemmy.dbzer0.com 10 points 1 week ago

yeah it reads exactly like something chatgpt would write

[-] toastal@lemmy.ml 36 points 1 week ago

LinkedIn is just another Microsoft-owned account you should just delete for your sanity

[-] AyuTsukasa@lemm.ee 27 points 1 week ago

I love that's it's not "what are you on about?" it's just a general what

[-] Logh@lemmy.ml 32 points 1 week ago

I always found the difference between general and special whativity fascinating.

I want to know who this idiot is.

[-] stebo02@lemmy.dbzer0.com 10 points 1 week ago

his name is Chatgpt

[-] Jimmyeatsausage@lemmy.world 8 points 1 week ago

I mean, the equation isn't wrong given that AI basically becomes a rounding error and can be safely ignored.

Thanks for listening to my TedX talk, which I paid to present.

[-] SavedKriss@lemmy.world 7 points 1 week ago

TedX talk? More like:

Step right up, folks, and witness the magnificent medicinal miracle of Simpson and Son's patented revitalizing tonic. [deep breath] Put some ardor in your larder with our energizing, moisturizing, tantalizing, romanticizing, surprising, her-prizing, revitalizing tonic.

[-] Tartas1995@discuss.tchncs.de 3 points 1 week ago

Honestly I had too many people insist that Tedx has any value

When the marketing guy tries to do a job meant for the engineering department.

[-] berkeleyblue@lemmy.world 7 points 1 week ago

He should have let an AI proofread this…

[-] AdrianTheFrog@lemmy.world 11 points 1 week ago

It really reads like it was written by AI. I’ve never been to linkedin, maybe everyone talks like that there but it really sounds like it was written by ChatGPT

[-] onlooker@lemmy.ml 6 points 1 week ago

I like how the OP's name was censored for their privacy, but not the name of the person responding. Also, what the hell are these people huffing?

[-] CPMSP@midwest.social 6 points 1 week ago

Ha! "Consultant / Technology Manager" -- pretty sure he's just working on the next buzzword buffet to justify his bloated comp package.

Oh well, gives me an excuse to link this Weird Al song that makes far more sense.

[-] Hupf@feddit.de 3 points 1 week ago

Both terms are linked by a blockchain.
