Thank you so much, it takes some training to make them look right, but what I try to make almost always taste good, even if it's looking like a wreck, so there's always a sweet treat at the end :)
God damn.
Some of these look like glazed ceramic
Where do you work and how do I apply?
It's a web agency in southern Baden, but I work from home so the baking is usually just once a year, not sure it's worth it ^^
Man, luckiest colleagues ever.
Wie jetzt? Ich komm morgen vorbei! Lasst mir bloß was übrig!
Fahrgemeinschaft jetzt!
the polygon banana looks really cute!
mousse twisters go next in my list of cuteness.
They are likely happy.
Do you happen to have recipes for all of these? They all look fantastic!
Yes for sure its all from YouTube:
- mango passion fruit mousses from the SundayBaking Channel https://youtu.be/VGVrfseCUzk
- strawberry yogurt mousse also from SundayBaking https://youtu.be/xoha66XnOK0
- lemon tarts from a French channel La Pâte de Dom, but it has English subtitles https://youtu.be/ZU_oIE1XdWk
- Opéra cake also from La Pâte de Dom https://youtu.be/FAjkUVLuMP0
- Chocolate tarts is a combination from the 2 previous recipes: tart crust from the lemon pie and ganache filling from the Opera
- Banana chocolate mousse from Ukrainian pastry chef Dinara Kasko was available for free on her website https://school.dinarakasko.com/ and came with the silicone molds I bought from her shop
Thank you so much 👍
Well done, your colleagues are lucky!
mango & passion mascarpone spheres with mirror glaze
I was terrified that they would be as delicious as they look.
Those are gorgeous and your colleagues are lucky
FEED ME YOUR SCRAPS OR PERISH
I shall mail them to you!
I don’t suppose…. You’d be willing to come work for my organization?
Those looks amazing. I bet they didn’t last long at all, not like the grocery store donuts Office Karen brings in.
Yeah 16 hours in the kitchen for 30 minutes of celebration but I enjoyed making them, and when they're gone I have a reason to bake again!
I'm pretty happy where I am right now but I'll contact you if I ever need a new start ^^
I kinda want directions/recipes for the mango. Totally worth the 16 hours, IMO.
There you go! I followed the instructions form that video on the SundayBaking Channel https://youtu.be/VGVrfseCUzk
Here's a picture from a previous attempt with the twister mold and velvet finish:
whelp, there goes my weekend
I don't think anyone is going to complain.
So... Where I have to apply?
Next you should mix up the flavors. Make the mangoes taste like banana etc...
I want those chocolate squares 😋
You have very good taste! It's also my favorite cake above all, I made it 8 times in the past 12 months.
It's not a very difficult recipe, mostly work to assemble everything neatly, and you need a kitchen mixer to make the buttercream.
This is the recipe I use: https://youtu.be/FAjkUVLuMP0
The one I made for Christmas
