Even better, they said she had a “mental health” episode when she was doing her job to see that Arlington wasn’t desecrated.

She later refused to press charges, because she knew that would subject her family, friends, coworkers, and herself to the right wing death/rape/torture threat machine.

How long till this is no longer possible. Cause she should always do it post election.

Since intimidated witnesses are an issue, the feds might have to treat it more like a mafia investigation.

[–] Badeendje@lemmy.world 2 points 2 months ago

Yeah, well whitsec means leaving everything behind.

I'm still waiting on the health care plan.

Ey, stop putting so much pressure on these hardworking people! They already had the intend once to send out an invite for a brainstorming session to create a first draft of the concept of the plan! But then they got distracted by all these important people tasks that you folks don't have any idea of! Be more patient and show some respect! Like Trump when he visits a cemetry.

[–] Cosmonaut_Collin@lemmy.world 3 points 2 months ago

Exactly. He only had 4 years to figure put a plan that beats Obama care and then he had 4 years stolen from him afterward, and you can't make plans unless you're president so he had to stop thinking about it. But if we re-elect him surely Trump and his team will put the nail in the coffin on Obama care and introduce Trump care.

I'm still waiting on concepts of a healthcare plan.

[–] beebarfbadger@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

They're too busy to release the health care plan because they're still preparing to release his tax returns.

[–] No_Eponym@lemmy.ca 34 points 2 months ago

They have the concepts of a video?

[–] ajoebyanyothername@lemmy.world 25 points 2 months ago (1 children)

They'll release it in two weeks.

[–] usernamesAreTricky@lemmy.ml 44 points 2 months ago (2 children)

And right after trump release his tax returns, health care plan, and has infrastructure week I'm sure

[–] Quill7513 8 points 2 months ago

and the edited version of the peepee tape that heavily implies there was no peepee

[–] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 3 points 2 months ago

Infrastructure week is always a week away.

[–] Etterra@lemmy.world 17 points 2 months ago

I'm still upset that the staffer couldn't even press charges because she knew that Trump's frothing cultists would bury her in an avalanche of harassment and death threats.

Ironically the news cycle passing the event over is the best thing for the victim.

Although I'm surprised the government department she works for didn't press charges.

[–] Alexstarfire@lemmy.world 17 points 2 months ago

Gotta find the video first. The only ones they keep finding show an attack.

Trump has figured out in his Swiss cheese of a brain that all he has to do is say he's going to do something and his sycophantic army never needs a followup.

They still don't seem to care that he never "locked her up."

[–] cultsuperstar@lemmy.world 13 points 2 months ago

They're going to release when the My Pillow guy releases his bombshell evidence of the 2020 election being stolen.

[–] phoenixz@lemmy.ca 13 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Just say you have evidence, then never present it, people will completely.forget about it, problem solved.

[–] Quexotic@sh.itjust.works 3 points 2 months ago

Exactly. And as far as his followers are concerned, it never happened because of the claim of proof.

[–] RmDebArc_5@sh.itjust.works 12 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Probably still working on the deep fake

[–] phoenixz@lemmy.ca 4 points 2 months ago

Nope.

Just count on the news cycle to forget about it within 48 hours. Just claim you're right, you have evidence and then never speak of it again. You won the argument.

I hate it that it works so well. People forget, fine. However, how can news agencies have such Alzheimers brains to forget about all the shit that trump has pulled? They should keep hammering on all of it until either he puts up or shuts up

[–] asteriskeverything@lemmy.world 7 points 2 months ago

I'm still waiting on that kitty asada recipe

[–] Tja@programming.dev 6 points 2 months ago

It's coming as soon as infrastructure week ends.

[–] UnderpantsWeevil@lemmy.world 5 points 2 months ago

Damn. Assault. Sounds serious. Wonder when the government will prosecute yet another of the litany of fascist crimes committed by the campaign and it's members.
