I'm fairly new here and was trying to subscribe to some communities from other instances and seem to be having trouble. Are some instances blocked by ours and is there a viewable list of which ones?

I see. What did they do to become so generally blocked? I've been moving much further left as I get older and was curious about some of their views when I joined Lemmy. I assume it was more than just having leftist opinions. Are they pro Putin or something?
