Oh, you don't trust the brand?

[–] sabreW4K3@lazysoci.al 2 points 3 months ago

Thank you so much for asking this.

Thank you so much for this. I didn't have a clue about the difference.

See, that's the thing. I've watched all these videos and I know i prefer a deeper sound and don't want to have to press too deeply. I kinda feel like I'm walking in the dark trying to figure everything out without a real starting point.

What would you get now?

Looking up the keyboard on AliExpress, it claims to be hot swappable, but you'd still recommend a different base?

Also red switches? Brown switches?

Anything that requires a Chromium browser makes me sceptical.

The idea that UBI is money for nothing is actually just capitalist propaganda. UBI differs depending on the implementation, but irrespective of where and how it's implemented, it's paying the dividends of your investment into the country.

Because you're receiving dividends, you're more inclined to take a vested interest. For example, more people are likely to hold politicians to account and demand lying is outlawed in order to get a clear picture about things. You're also likely to see higher taxes on wealth hoarders as that essentially results in larger dividends. You'll also see higher standards in regards to things like beaches to try and drive up tourism. And, the important one, more scrutiny of and investment in automation, to make it viable to reduce the workforce while increasing the output while ensuring no one is left behind.

In short, it's far from money for nothing. It's money for everything and one of the key mechanisms in the transition away from capitalism.

We're not the target audience because we use uBlock. This is about the general user.

Regarding subscriptions and donations, I recently brought it up here: https://lazysoci.al/post/14704065

But if we essentially paywall the Internet, there will be a lot of people left behind, as most can't afford to donate or subscribe.

Corrected the terminology

I would argue that PPA is analogous to what ABP implemented. It seems to be a case of multiple people arriving at the same conclusion as how to try and fix the problem, contextually.

This was released ages ago and it sucked. Surprised they're trying again with it.

Docker got updated.

They really wanna do everything except pay them properly. Teachers, doctors and nurses should be getting paid like bankers.
