That is an awesome sentence. I will use that one some time.
I personally think that everything has always gone to shit. But in the downfall, new things will take over until that goes to shit. Or maybe because there are new things the old things will go down.
Take the example of video stores. They used the be the best thing ever. Rent all the movies you would like to see for a small fee per movie. Then downloading and streaming came along. Streaming was cheaper and more convenient. Result: video renting business went to shit.
Then the streaming services started to raise their prices. It started going to shit. Soon new ideas/companies/services will swoop in and the cycle will repeat again.
There are webshops for businesses. I know most fashion brands have those business to business sites but it is invite only.
If the wood will be painted it might work with a 'hole saw'. Saw a rond hole removing the anchor and then saw the same size hole in a different piece of wood giving you a wooden disc. Glue the disc in the hole and sand it is completely until you can't feel it anymore. Paint it so it is also not visible.
Do be aware that this is very hard to do and it might not look as nice. Try it on some scrap first.
I wonder if it has something to do with the framework you pick. There are probably frameworks that aim to be as stable as possible but lack the cutting edge.

But why? If Twitter is something he and his friends do not like it would be a better move to censor everything instead of pushing the users to other Twitter alternatives and spread the same message over there. Controlling is more valuable than pushing the users away.
Does this have anything to do with the whole email thing from the American military? According to the financial times, there are about 117.000 emails send to .ML addresses instead of .MIL..
Try searching for "sound absorbing window vents" or "accoustic trickle vents" or "silent air vent".
I think they all use something that is called an air maze. The air (and sound) will travel through series of bends covered with foam so the sound will be blocked but not the air. This does make the airflow slow down so it needs a fan the make it go through.
I like that the plywood layer pattern is connected on all sides. Like a circle.
