If you're not stretching daily, you're gonna hate life. I'm also not stretching daily so uhhh do as I say not as I do? Lol
This person has to hurt others to make themselves feel better, you're best to just ignore.
Very very true! And don't under estimate water either. I just watched a water main move an asphalt street up 3 inches today.
Lol kinda
Water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, chiller lines, cable, phone, fiber, natural gas, oil, electric, sprinkler systems, under ground vaults for most of these things as well. Some cities have underground tunnels for things like storm over flow, communications, electric and various other things.
I'm answering this from a parking lot and from here I can see, street lights, parking lot lights, storm sewer, sanitary, water, bunch of electric coming down a pole as well as cable and phone. I have to assume there's gas as well.
Boo Wendy Testaberger boo
But on that note there's a difference between no mow may and going no lawns. No Lawns is more about native plant species and being better for the environment. No mow may is about letting whatever exists grow.
My mod team and I are basically not doing any modding. Whatever was in place is still in place, about once a week I clean the mod queue. None of us really login anymore. It'll eventually become a dumpster fire but so far, it's not too terrible from what I can see. We used to all be on there checking the top posts and making sure they didn't violate the rules but, not anymore.
Yup I'm in this camp too. Feel a lot better with my 20 digit passwords lol
My uncle said, hey I know a guy looking for some help, so I left my desk job that make me depressed and started locating utilities, did that for 5 years and a coworker left and told me to come work so I worked in poop for 2 years, went back to locating after the company sold out then, 4 coworkers from the poop job brought me into this water job. Now I do very little for more pay and it's great.
Sounds good, keep us updated
I think Lemmy.world announced one? Maybe I'm wrong. I saw something in !newcommunities@lemmy.world a few days back
