They're saying the parts mbfc uses other data from is fine, like the fact checking matching others as they all use the same source. But the rest like bias can't be trusted as it's just their own unscientific methods.

They could just do it because of the attacks Israel is doing against UN personnel and institution/agencies if they want to wait for it to legally be ruled a genocide.

Or because they keep openly being against any diplomatic efforts.
