That would be awesome, thanks! Definitely would love some WODs here.

I don't particularly like this writer's writing style, and the site seems a little shallow, but he does list Bruce Lee's workout programs correctly. So I thought it would be worth a link.

Yep, pretty much in the same boat as me. I like the idea of the different workouts every day, and the zeal that CrossFit has, but alas, I can't afford to go to CrossFit gyms.

So I figured I'd just do a fun mix-up every day, make up this community and tell myself that I'm part of something bigger so I could psyche myself up to work out every day! haha

Aziz “Zyzz” Shavershian was a 22-year-old bodybuilder, stripper, and model based in Sydney. He became an internet sensation around 2008 with a slew of motivational videos that tracked his evolution from a skinny “sad cunt” to a god. He wanted to inspire other young rejects or outcasts to stop being “sad cunts”. Zyzz’s disciples—dubbed the Aesthetics Crew—followed his ideology of shredding at the gym to emulate “the Gods” and transform “jelly” (jealous) followers into “mirin’ (admiring) sick cunts.”

Yeah, I'm lucky that I have full gym in my basement. But you could do most of this with dumbbells:

Dumbbell Squats 4x20

Dumbbell Shrugs 4x15

Dumbbell Press 4x15

Dumbbell Flyes 4x12 (lay flat on floor so you don't overextend shoulders)

Pushups 4x25 (or however many you can until almost failure)

Dumbbell Skullcrushers (or behind head tricep extensions) 3x20

Not sure why it gave me 3 frickin' variations of bench press in one workout, but fuck it, Imma do it.

EDIT: Did it. Lived. Took around 45 minutes. Then did 3 miles on stationary bike.
