Yeah, I'm lucky that I have full gym in my basement. But you could do most of this with dumbbells:
Dumbbell Squats 4x20
Dumbbell Shrugs 4x15
Dumbbell Press 4x15
Dumbbell Flyes 4x12 (lay flat on floor so you don't overextend shoulders)
Pushups 4x25 (or however many you can until almost failure)
Dumbbell Skullcrushers (or behind head tricep extensions) 3x20
