Sisal soap bag. Collect the stubby soap ends and they stay nice and dry hanging up in the shower. Then use the bag as a scrubby loofah. Such a good idea.

It’s the best offline map app I’ve found so far.

Thanks for this - I hadn’t looked at these. I don’t really understand why this type of stuff isn’t a post.

Fairytale setting, but a quick google to see if you can stay there, and ‘girls boarding school run by nuns’ gives a darker vibe.

I think I heard that the Goddess of the River Westbourne prefers to go by Chelsea. FYI.

Every year the ants attack my house. Every year I fight them off. I didn’t realise how hilariously outnumbered I am. I feel … itchy.

Clicked a link for Lemmy a few weeks ago and backed away slowly. Later tried Kbin social and just set up an account. It was easy. It’s still new and feels awkward. There’s annoying things like scrolling for the comment box, going through profile for subscriptions and problems finding replies and comments on Lemmy, but change is never easy.

@YellowtoOrange

I’ve got tickets to one of their events, so plan on investigating properly then.

Interesting bug! Although I could make this post easily I can only see it on feddit (from kbin) and can only see replies on my profile. It’s a strange new feddiverse out there.

@vinnyboiler

Ikr it makes me think of the Rivers of London books and all the layers of the city’s past on top of each other that you can drop through.

Anyone else missed a massive 14th century monastery behind the Barbican, or is it just me?
