I'll be the one to point out this was the episode where she was teaching the kids about gravity.
She's demonstrating lower gravity reduces weight.

Usually 45 lbs per plate, and 45 lbs for the bar.
Actually since they are red, usually means they are actually 55 lbs not 45. So in theory she's probably lookin at 485..

Standardized red plates are always 25kg. In IWF, IPF and even USPA. Crossfit in the US uses pounds, but even there red is 55lb. So four slabs = 220kg.
In reality, size wise, thise are closer to 25lb plates. The 45lb plates are like 16" diameter
