Cirrhosis is from hormones, esp. tblockers that tend to be hard on the liver (which regulates hormones). Prob should stay away from anything that messes with the liver if you are transgender
It's the oral estrogen that's hard on your liver. If you inject or use a patch it's much easier on you.
