Must be election year when the political fascists use marginalized people as human shields to defend their shitty policies.
As usual Democrats have offered nothing for protections since the last time these discussions came up. One openly tells you they hate you while the other says it with inaction

In reality, Biden has stepped up executive orders and actions to extend protections
Meaningless gestures with no methods of enforcement.
This just in: Title IX cannot be enforced! Every legal action you’ve heard about was a lie!
Title IX only requires equal access to education free of discrimination or harassment from the school or educators. It has no teeth
