Mine was either mastodon or matrix. I got into both at the same time. What are some other fediverse sites for beginners?

Hah, just a technicality. I like Matrix, but we won't be seeing any Matrix<->Mastodon interaction any time soon ;)

Here, it sjows matrix on the side. I just meant encryption and private rooms tho. It was the one with trees https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fediverse#/media/File%3AFediverse_branches_1.2.png
