Cyberpunk 2077 is getting an update to version 2.0 on the same day the Phantom Liberty DLC releases (September 26). Here's the list of what's included in 2.0 vs the items you'll have to pay $30 to get with the DLC.

Will buy complete edition three years from now when game will be finished.

The game was pretty good ages ago, what’s with the continued criticism?

There are many reasons to criticise this game, but short version should be "it is still not even half of what it calls itself".

Have you played it?

I will also buy a complete edition when they sell it. Not because I think it still has issues, but they are just releasing DLC now, so any version you buy will be incomplete (because it doesn't include the DLC).

I would like all game content on physical media and that requires the game to be finished and all DLC released (and its patches).

A "new" triple A game that still has worse police AI than GTA San Andreas. Stop licking that boot.

This is the only expansion they are doing so this is it being finished. I doubt there will be any substantial patches after this one.

Yeah yeah, before release they promised few DLCs to get more pre-orders, then game flopped and they said DLCs cancelled, then that they told that they would make one DLC only. Yeah, you should totally believe in the words of corporates.

I strongly believe them because they're switching to UE5 IIRC. They've got other games to work on and any tech developed here likely won't transfer to newer projects.

It does look like their spooling down development though, I'm pretty certain they've started moving devs to the new Witcher game
