We better get people to register.

Well let’s wait and see! I bet most will agree it will feel extreme.

He should have done either both or neither.

You’re probably right.

Comey is from an era where upholding institutions was considered paramount. In that moment, that’s what he was trying to accomplish and he felt that it was in the nation’s greatest interest to do that.

Obviously it backfired. Comey is not a fan of Donald Trump and he later said that he was likely subconsciously influenced by Clinton’s win was a near-certainty.

He shouldn’t be criticized for his attempt at being impartial and promoting transparency.

Remind me who won in 2016? How do you think all those Bernie supporters felt about the election that was still very much influenced by FPTP dynamics.

It’s not the spread. It’s the likelihood of him winning the state.

It’s still a really good game and is actually one I’m most nostalgic for.

So an annual before tax income of $218,750 is considered rich then?

I mean, yeah? Kind of? I’d say it’s at least lower-upper class, which some people may consider rich. But, again, in my head rich is more about net worth, not income. Once someone’s investments are working for them then I’d say that’s a key indicator.

Well the $70,000 average recouped per person in this effort would certainly imply that those targeted are indeed “rich”, or at least high income.

Nate Silver, formerly of 538, believes Biden should drop out.

I’m unable to interact with the Formula1 community on Lemmy. I’ve messaged the mods who have told me I’m not banned.

Is there a way to understand what’s happening?

I’ve own a half dozen pairs of Allen Edmonds but am wondering if there’s a similar company (American made and sourced) that are better/more comfortable/better value/ etc.

Haven’t bought a pair of shoes in 5+ years so I suspect the market has changed.
