Electric Vehicles are a key part of our tomorrow and how we get there. If we can get all the fossil fuel vehicles off our roads, out of our seas and out of our skies, we'll have a much better environment. This community is where we discuss the various different vehicles and news stories regarding electric transportation.

yup, they've been declining a long time and China is definitely going to take over next gen EVs.
basically has already taken over that industry.
The big three don't want to compete, and China is basically a factory company already, so it's difficult to see how American automotive manufacturing catches up when they refuse to invest in new technology or manufacturing processes.
I just never imagined a world without Ford. But Ford and General Motors have gone out of their way to have that be the outcome.
I think the world is rapidly going to leave us behind over the next 50 years because we're too stupid, self-centered, and short-sighted to see it happening in real time and adapt.
I mean not to long ago some people can't imagine a world without Nokia phones and here we are today.
You're not wrong, but the legacy of Nokia speaks for itself. Ford, not so much. They didn't really do much to push the industry forward in the past decade. At least Nokia died doing what it loved, spending too much on research and development. 😂
they really have tiptoed into obsolescence.
I'm sure they'll hang around domestically, but not as industry forces to reckon with.
I’d say GM is still fighting by bringing back the Bolt. But Ford tossed in the towel a long time ago by deciding to only ship trucks and SUVs.
