"Transportation using lightweight vehicles such as bicycles or scooters, especially electric ones that may be borrowed as part of a self-service rental program in which people rent vehicles for short-term use within a town or city.

micromobility is seen as a potential solution to moving people more efficiently around cities"

It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:

Don't be an asshole or you will be permanently banned.

Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.

Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.

We live in a very strange timeline where the Ontario Premier is outdoing American governors on what constitutes "really dumb ideas". If you live in Ontario, I would urge you to watch to the end of the video and file a public comment during Bill 212's consultation period, ending on 20 November 2024.

Ford is upset that 3 roads he takes leading to his work have bike paths, presumably because he feels they have slowed down his commute.

The solution for him is to remove these bike paths so he can get to work without seeing bikes. That’s all there is to it.

He wanted so badly to be mayor of Toronto and when that never happened, he made sure to act as such once he became provincial premiere.

Doug Ford belongs in the circus, not in politics. I hope one day we all help him get towards his intended career goal and out of office where he’s clearly struggling.
