Original Title: 'We’re here to keep up the fight': Idaho Pizza Company ALS fundraiser for late employee Tal Newberry passed from Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease on Christmas Day in 2019.

"Rally for Tally" keeps his memory alive.

Sad circumstances, but goddammit I love this town. Thank you Idaho for your continued generosity.

Note: urban area is different than metropolitan area. You can visualize urban areas here.

You can easily verify this by putting the top 100 into excel and sorting by density.

This should put to rest all the claims that sustainable transportation just "isn't viable" here.

It seems like the cost of sewage has gotten out of control. Over the course of 2 years, the cost has gone up 34% with LESS usage. When I talked to the city, they said your usage is set for an entire year in July and not ametered system, however, regardless of that, our bill goes up every time we receive one.

Our most recent bill is $106 dollars for two months with 2 people living in the home. Is this what others are paying?

r/Boise stands unwavering in support of reproductive rights, affirming the right for all individuals to make personal choices about pregnancy, and we stand equally committed to defending the rights and dignity of the LGBTQ+ community

Moving forward, we will not tolerate hostility towards either of these topics. There has been a marked increase of people chanting white power and more in this subreddit. The moderation team wants to state, we stand with those that are in fear for their rights and we stand firmly against bigots.

Regardless of your subject, if you can't make your point without using slurs, bigotry or dog whistles, you'll be banned without hesitation.

As of today, all Stinker Stations have officially stopped offering their complimentary “FREE AIR” service.

Just tried to use the one on corner of Five Mile and was rudely told to “F*** OFF” ???

It was a good run y’all!

Ada County has live camera views of the vote counting process (). Is there information about what happens at each station? Like, what does the giant machine with the cool flashing lights in Ballot Prep do? What is Ballot Processing and Ballot Resolution? etc.

Boise Fry Co is offering 15% off with your ‘I Voted’ sticker and Lyft has 50% off rides to polling locations.

Any other local deals that can be added here?

Dumb question here...For the amendment on the ballot to clearly define that only citizens can vote, why is this even a thing?

The Idaho Constitution already says that only male and female citizens of the US can vote.

Is there any purpose I'm missing apart from trying to just add more words that say he same thing?
