It seems like the cost of sewage has gotten out of control. Over the course of 2 years, the cost has gone up 34% with LESS usage. When I talked to the city, they said your usage is set for an entire year in July and not ametered system, however, regardless of that, our bill goes up every time we receive one.

Our most recent bill is $106 dollars for two months with 2 people living in the home. Is this what others are paying?
