I have read that that is an issue. My own Pinetab 2 has a moral puncture and does not suspend at all. I probably fiddled too much with the config.

On the forum someone suggested to unload the driver first.

Happy to report that the Wifi on the Pinetab 2 now works. Still early days but I am using it for a few hours now and it works.

Not a perfect fit but Firefox can annotate PDFs out of the box. Maybe in some cases that is helpful ?

What do you hope comes after it ?

I have just installed today and use Lemmy.ml and beehaw.org. Both work.

This looks incredibly polished, given that it is a quite new development. I did not even know that you could use a Windows Laptop as a display/keyboard 😀

It also has a switch to enable SD-card boot first. There is a bit of info on the wiki

First impressions of the new Pinetab2 after one day

It sounds good, but if you discuss a question and come to a conclusion you would then have to organise that someone documents the result elsewhere, otherwise the hard earned insight, probably with contributions of several experts is lost.

Genode OS is adding Pine Allwinner A64 with the intention to eventually support the PinePhone by end of 2021.

A detailed blog describes the journey.
