Mastodon is my first love. Lemmy I only ventured into recently because of the Reddit drama.

Trust me; they're coming. As a borderline asexual person I'd want nothing more than a non horny refuge, but that will never exist. Humans are far far too horned up to allow for that.

I'm ok with the smarter people forming communities elsewhere like Lemmy. Reddit brain drain will definitely be a thing. It's going to be the new Facebook when this is all over.

I deleted it and just use a rss reader to access any subs I care about.

I love this app. Recently starting this morning it’s been crashing frequently a minute or so after I start scrolling my feed on Lemmy.ml. Not sure if it’s related to Lemmy.ml being overloaded or an app bug.

Half bad!? Lemmy is the bee’s knees!
