It's not everything but it's enough that I might get by with it! Thanks stranger

Less software and more driverware. My headphones (arctis nova pro wireless) have some really nice customizations available with the sonar software. Nvidia drivers are more customizable but the issue is mostly support for vrr through gsync, dlss, hdr, and Nvidia broadcast. I know AMD is supposedly bounds and leaps ahead of Nvidia but that's what I have for current hardware because of how useful and ubiquitous the software is.

I use windows as little as possible. I have steam, discord, and Firefox open on it and otherwise try to use my Linux and macOS devices for actual productivity

Good news, I'm not sure when you'd ever have to. TS literally compiles to JS

I thought that was c#

On windows you ship a game as an exe or uwp app On Mac you ship a .app On Linux you ship the game as a flatpak, or any of the other 14 competing standards

It's just less straightforward. That said, pick one and ship it and I'm sure the community will get it working on any system eventually. Linux is shown to be the best at creating useful bug reports even for closed source software.

In true Google fashion they should've named it Flop

The neat part is, if you have a diagnosis on file you can make an ADA reasonable accomodations request for this stuff and if they don't illegally fire you they'll find a way to maybe get you something kinda like it

This is the sarcastic social media I missed since leaving Reddit, thanks!

I did. Replies and posts don't respect that change. I can consume lemmy just fine but that's not really a social experience is it?

Edit: general > base font size works. I just... Never looked there

The thinness sounds great it's the height that concerns me. And you can't have too small of an outer display and end up with a good inner display
