This is, actually, an absurd opinion. Massive civilian casualties are inseparable from war, and you will be hard pressed to find a war without them.

The laws of war are built around, and exist because of, this assumption. They exist to give a framework that sets forth principles by which the loss of life can be evaluated.

Otherwise, by your definition, every warring faction ever is a war criminal.

But you'd also be giving their governments total control of all information, to the detriment of citizens and any possible organized resistance.

This! I use traditional with wheels and natural with touchpads

Omg what if it's a feature not a bug, a coded script as a defence against non Dr. Prescriptions.

The existence of legible doctors disproves it, but I enjoyed the thought enough to share.

We could run steam engines off overhead electric lines using a good old heating element.

Would it be efficient or practical (or safe)? No.

But it'd be SIICKKKKK

What happened to it? I never got around to play it. Is it dead?

Username checks out.

It's amazing how hard this is. Once I started working on it I realized how much of the time I am just running a search of something in my experience that is somehow related, instead of actually listening and thinking of follow up questions. Once you start getting better at it you start realizing how often others have the same challenge.

Super valuable skill and habit to learn. Good luck to us both.

Damn im such a lurker for life I didn't notice
