You can't use a normal dimmer to control a fan. I searched for "fan controller 110v" on AliExpress and found some for <10€, but I don't know which of them are good.

I looked at two Dell laptops and a Geekom mini PC, all bought in Germany, and they all have the SS symbol.

Europeans might know the Swiss company Flyer, which is not the same as this Radio Flyer. There's a law suit about this.

I asked perplexity.ai:

What are "low labour risks"?

"Low labour risks" refer to areas or conditions where the likelihood of labor-related issues, such as strikes, disputes, or workforce instability, is minimized. In the context of Xpeng's plans to manufacture electric vehicles in Europe, the company aims to establish production in regions with low labor risks to ensure stable operations and avoid disruptions that could affect production and supply chains[2][3][4][5].

Search for /run/user/1000/gcr/ssh on the Internet. I'm on my phone and didn't find the solution, but I'm sure you'll find it.

Did you try to reduce the brightness of your monitor?

You could read the first two paragraphs of the article.

I don't know, but for Germany that seems way too high. Maybe I just don't see all the indoor cats in the cities (where more than 75% of the people live).

But which separator is it, and which line ending? ASCII, UTF-8, UTF-16 or something else? What about quoting separators and line endings? Yes, there is an RFC, but a million programs were made before the RFC and won't change their ways now.

Also you can gzip CSV and still stream them.
