I hate that you are absolutely right.

Medical directors do not see any patient records or put their medical judgment to use, said former company employees familiar with the system. Instead, a computer does the work. A Cigna algorithm flags mismatches between diagnoses and what the company considers acceptable tests and procedures for those ailments. Company doctors then sign off on the denials in batches, according to interviews with former employees who spoke on condition of anonymity.

“We literally click and submit,” one former Cigna doctor said. “It takes all of 10 seconds to do 50 at a time.”

I hate to break it to you, but they don't actually work for you. It's the best democracy money can buy.

I'm not sure if it's manufactured consent or outright propaganda, at least for CNN:

They include tight restrictions on quoting Hamas and reporting other Palestinian perspectives while Israel government statements are taken at face value. In addition, every story on the conflict must be cleared by the Jerusalem bureau before broadcast or publication.

Imagine if every broadcast or publication about the war in Ukraine had to be cleared first with the Kremlin. It has a different ring to it when I put it like that, which means I have internalized some of the propaganda myself.

However it is insanely difficult to prove that there is an "intent to destroy"

Not in this case, Israel has made it very easy actually:

there had been “reiteration and repetition of genocidal speech throughout every sphere of state in Israel” such that “the evidence of genocidal intent is not only chilling, it is also overwhelming and incontrovertible”.

Israel has claimed that "from the river to the sea" is literally a call for genocide and then Netanyahu said that Israel “must have security control over the entire territory west of the Jordan River" and has stated he opposes a Palestinian homeland, which is genocidal intent according to their own opinion. I think anyone casting doubt on the accusation of genocide (aside from Zionists) are genocide apologists or have wet cardboard for brains. That includes people who swallow hasbara hook, line, and sinker.
