I'm glad SCMP is reporting on this because it seems like the Western powers are trying their hardest to show that international law applies only to the little guy; the strong can do whatever tf they want and no law applies to them (while simultaneously preaching about freedom and democracy).

It's especially unconscionable because the limit before needing to seek congressional authorisation was raised and transactions to Israel were deliberately kept below the reporting limit, so the headline should read "Biden Has Deceptively Snuck Through 100+ Arms Sales to Israel in Just Five Months".
