idk, I just kinda hope we can get past 'coming out' and just accept people.

I know it's a very idealistic view and people face horrendous challenges, discrimination and even death.

But love will win, won't it?

TBH, LTE certification always seemed like a way to force carrier locked phones to me.

Which makes it massively more difficult to switch.

IE vendor lock in.

"You know enough to be dangerous"

It can be used as either an insult or a compliment.

Appreciate the archive.is link

Almost 40 per cent of Sky’s digital audience is based in the US, compared with 26 per cent in Australia, this masthead reported last year. It finds most of its reach on digital platforms, in particular YouTube, where it has nearly 5 million subscribers.

So, the media conglomerate that owns the majority of Australian media, and is owned by a non Australian, is mainly watched by a non Australian audience.

It boggles the mind how this is allowed.

I thought maybe someone was marking cars that had been highlighted on Dashcam Owners Australia, but apparently not....

Thank God resources have been allocated for a strike force! One poor victim got the paint off with WD40, but the trauma will last forever!

Sorry if this has been asked/answered previously, but it just struck me that I hadn't really noticed any impacts of CloudStrike on aussie.zone.

Was wondering if it was a non-event, or maybe there are some war stories with heroes deserving medals!

Twins in a pram rolled onto the track at Carlton.

I use old.reddit.com, and had trouble logging in from there today. "Too many redirects". I also use the Redirect to old.reddit.com extension. When I disabled that, the login link it now takes you to is https://www.reddit.com/login/. That, of course, takes you to www.reddit.com.

The old 'popup' login box has been removed. I also noticed that the in sub logins where they used to have username/password entry boxes have been removed.

More reddit enshitification to try and make us use their horrible UI.

He's passed EVERY test. He's more Aussie than anyone I know!

Hope you're enjoying yourself, and have a great 2024!

Hope everyone has an exciting or relaxing Christmas. Whichever one they wished for!

And be safe in your travels.

Great little piece that hits a surprising range of emotions

So, it appears the first SMR project in the US was scrapped due to rising costs.

An Aussie SMR would take 10-15 years before even being online and we'd be the guinea pigs.

Perhaps it's time to pivot to technology already available and that can be implemented in the short term?

Brilliant troll. Better than Santa Claus

I wonder if other LNP state parties might follow?
