Try to find the NPK ratio of your fertilizer somewhere on the packaging . N is nitrogen, P is phosphor and K is potassium, so these numbers give you the respective contents of your fertilizer for the 3 most important nutrients for plants.
Then try to google the optimal NPK ratios for other plants you might have. If it's close enough to your fertilizer's ratio, it should work fine for those plants too.
The rover only has environmental testing to go through and is otherwise ready. So since they are launching the rocket anyway, why not just use the rover without testing instead of a mass simulator. What's the worst that could happen?

Honestly it's not the worst idea in a country surrounded by the sea, baked by the sun, and where most of the population is concentrated on the coasts. Just build shitloads of solar farms and power it that way. Probably better than sucking some deep aquifers dry.
