I think stuff is a bit overblown, I don't think most Spurs fans are happy that they are the first team to win 8 out of first 10 PL games and still finish outside top 4.

I think it's just a nice Cope to say, well sure, we lost to City, and failed to qualify for the CL, but at least we fucked over Arsenal's title challenge.

Just like as a United fan, the season sucks donkey balls, but atleast we fucked Liverpool off from the Fa Cup and from the title race.

There were cheers at the final whistle. When City had their first shot on target, sections of the crowd erupted and Tottenham were in control up to that point.

Yes, this. Everyone is on their high horse.

You know what makes me sad. Spurs have been our biggest rivals and with what's happened, they're only going to fall further and further behind Arsenal, because who is going to sign for them now that takes them forward? They're looking at some incredibly dark years.

Eh, I'm okay with it if that happens. They aren't really worthy rivals anyway, and haven't been for most of the past 25-30 years.

But you're right, as things stand I can see them struggling in general in the near future.

I feel bad for Postecoglu. I don't think he fully realized what he was getting himself into.

I think they're going to be fine, players that have already started to improve them just signed, Van de Ven and Vicario for example, Sarr is stepping up. Need to fill in more gaps which they'll be able to do just fine, Ange doesn't need 50M players from other PL teams
