Oooh this meme is great in layers. Peanuts comics came out in 1948 and this refence is able to make the joke in a language they understand. The memes of their childhood. AND this is the bs they spout because it actually WAS true for a time, in their lifetimes. I know it is lame to explain a joke. Idk if younger people would know the extra content, since it is funny enough without it, and I just got all giddy nerdy about how clever it is!
