You can just print your own forklift license online, that's how I got started. They didn't realize it was fake until someone noticed it was signed in crayon.

A forklift licenses mean practically nothing. I've seen grown men who have been on a forklift their whole lives make stupid mistakes over and over while kids a fraction of their age without a license can flip dimes.

We had a forklift operator who sold his car for cocaine. He would do an entire shift without his forklift stopping once. When he failed the drug test our offload time drastically increased.

Drug testing for cocaine is a rookie boss mistake. You gotta test for downers like pot and heroin that make your employees lazy. Uppers like cocaine and meth should be strongly encouraged.
