Yayyy, thanks for creating this community. As of today June 20th 2023 there are only a few posts. I am a bit nervous at this time to create a post myself but hopefully I will get over that as more people find this community!
Women with Autism
Since autism in females presents differently, we need a place to discuss our own issues and triumphs dealing with Autism.
Rules
Be respectful.
Adhere to the rules of the instance.
This is a safe space, no mean, hateful, racist, etc stuff here.
Men are welcome as long as they are respectful of our space. They should know our struggles too!

The more people contribute, the more likely it is that the community will be seen! It doesn't have to be great, what's your favorite color, etc.
I forgot about Lemmy for a few weeks, there's not enough content that appeals to me yet because it's not quickly becoming popular like things like threads. I truly don't want to go to threads but it has content creators that I already like. It's frustrating! I'm gonna try and post here and maybe us 15 people in women with autism will start something. I just need to get past the desire to post something of value.
I'm definitely not going to threads, but this place has so much potential.
I'm struggling with that too.
Yay! I'd also love a woman with ADHD community but I don't feel like creating another community lol
I would but I don't have ADHD sorry!
Haha no worries, it was more thinking out loud 😂
Thank you for making this community! I moved over here after leaving Reddit and searched for this immediately. So glad someone made one already :)
Thanks for getting this started! I’m just now migrating from Reddit.
