I'm on Beehaw, but also subscribe to some communities (most notably the Memes community) from lemmy.ml. And I normally try to respond to things from my Mastodon account on darkfriends.social.

!herpetology@mander.xyz is one I mean to start posting to because I'm obsessed with reptiles. mander.xyz appears to be a science-focused instance, so if that interests you check out their communities.

Also !map_enthusiasts@sopuli.xyz seems like a lot of fun.

loving https://kbin.social right now, i switched from tchncs's instance, its not using the standard lemmy webui client but rather its own implementation and overall its a lot more polished experience imo.
