@Otan Just by skimming through all this, I wouldn't doubt that USA had a hand in inserting aggressor into a document that they well knew. That China would have to sign off on it. The USA/West are the war monger, war economy, aggressor perverts, instigated by the Bank for International Settlements BIS.
