Chopping a month early is not a good idea, and you'll probably lose that color during drying anyway. Admire it while you can, but let it go.
Cannabis Cultivation
This will be a home for all things related to the cultivation of cannabis. The preferred focus here will be organic and sustainable growing methods, but any cannabis growers or growers-to-be are welcome!
The moderator and community creator here is in a legal cannabis state. It is therefore assumed that everyone sharing photos and info about their grows is also doing so legally. If you're not, then keep that to yourself. Any mention of actively conducting a cannabis grow illegally will be removed. This is to protect our instance admin, and will be a zero-tolerance policy.
Happy growing!
Do not chop today. There's a chance that the purple will stay, but it's not worth the incredibly early harvest.
Looks like a healthy plant, though. Just make sure you have a lot of light, since that will promote denser buds in the flowering stage.
I know these are flowers, but not the kind you look at.
As said already, that beautiful color is highly unlikely to remaining during the drying and curing process. Better to let your flowers finish properly.
Go outside and enjoy those colors everyday while they last, and take lots of pictures!
Looks cool. I can't say much for myself since I'm a noob, but I don't mind it thinner rather than dense nuggets, either way can work out sometimes
