Union busting should be punished by handing ownership of the company over to the employees

Hopefully this will stop the companies that just delay delay delay like Starbucks, trying to run out the clock while they force employees out and the union falls apart before being recognized.

This is good news and probably the best the Biden admin can do for now on this front given the circumstances.

It's up to workers now to organize and for voters to deliver for workers' rights at the ballot box.
