Isn't the defect rate of NK artillery something like 80% and the munitions arrive covered in machine grease that require cleaning before being used?

Obviously Ruzzia getting war support is bad, but hopefully what was sent ends up hurting Ruzzia military more than helping.

Would be a shame if Ruzzia lost artillery cover across the front lines because most the shells they have on hand are defective and Ukrainian was able to destroy/capture the artillery batteries...

A real shame /s

5million shells is a hell of a lot. Just incredible that South Korea does not want to send or even sell weapons to Ukraine. I really would not want to be Poland right now, with all the arms deals they did with them.
