How is that tracked? By which platform the purchase was made from? Or does that number come from something like downloads/installs or launches?

Its tracked by what platform users play the most on, steam keeps track of hours played on each platform

Does it track proton use as linux or as windows ( as in does it track platform, what version of the game are you using or both ).

@szczuroarturo @Blisterexe I'm not sure, wishlists were also by OS. There's a native Linux version, so Proton tracking can't be it at least for this game, but good questions!

I'm curious: How did having to support multiple platforms affect the development process? In what ways did it affect the technologies used or the development process itself, testing and bug fixing? What about bug reports?

On an unrelated note, a lot of people in the reviews say they'd love to see a longer, further developed game based on this idea. Do you have any plans for it?
