- I just learned how to do some knitting (cast on), and while I was doubting myself because I couldn't properly do it after the first few times I was shown how to do it, it clicked with me and I got it after a few attempts!
- That's a lot for me. Fixed some hard issues at work and that gave me confidence.

I caught myself in an old defense mechanism loop and was able to stop, breath, sit with the discomfort and own that motherfucking trauma response for what it is, then dismiss it and carry on with my day. So, like a very proud ten.

I rescued an injured bird (a collared dove) with a broken wing and took him to a bird sanctuary about 40 miles away. So 10, clearly.
Hell yeah brother! Taking care of animals is super badass!
- Slept wrong and my open heart surgery scar aches. :(
I can see why you went with 3, surviving open heart surgeries account for at least +1 badass.
Don't forget the +1 for a badass scare and a story to go with it.
And a +2 for surviving 2 heart attacks
My goodness! I'm glad things went well during the open heart surgery. How long is the recovery for such a thing?
Pretty sure it's lifetime. Surgery was at the end of 2018, they cracked me open like a lobster. I've got a 10" scar from just under my chin to just over my belly button.
2019 was one complication after another.
2nd heart attack in January.
This particular day I feel like a fistfight between me and Stephen Hawking would be too close to call.

0, badass is not something I've ever felt, nor particularly strived for.
I'm more of a goodie-two-shoes people pleaser type.
Oh dang. Well life in the end, isn't just about what others get out of it. It's also what you get out of it. Don't sell yourself short. Everyone deserves to feel badass at least once in their life imo.

I overcame my social anxiety today and went to the office after a long period of sickness and it was great! I really missed seeing other people than my wife for a change! :D In the evening I ran my pathfinder campaign and it went really well, save for some hiccups from foundry, which is the online tool that we are using, so maybe an 8?
Oh that's awesome! Social anxiety ain't no joke. Glad to hear that you're doing better. It's really fun to play TTRPGs. Especially with a good group of people.

Hahaha. Putting yourself in another world (and one where you're stronger or have special abilities,) is a nice way to escape the worries of the day.
Have you tried beating up some monsters with a spoon yet? haha
Not yet but funny enough I think there's a fork that can be used as a weapon so I'll be on the lookout for thatπ
I think I'm up to a 6. Gonna make a trip to the sawmill today to pick up some walnut and maybe some oak depending on how I'm feeling.
Just made a saw sharpening vice and a couple file handles.
Planning on building a kiln to dry oak and pine boards, that I hopefully cut myself.
Right now Iβm at the coffee and pajamas phase so like a 2.

Iβm insanely lucky, I happened to meet someone who gets bricks, doesnβt step on it, and when I occasionally want to indulge, gives me a sheeny solid corner of a brick. When Iβve had coke in the past that was stepped on, I definitely couldnβt sleep for hours after. Probably some cheap amphetamines added to it, I hated it. With actual pure cokes you can sleep like an hour after you do your last bump or line!
And you donβt need nearly as much, itβs insane. To get gakked, my partner and I will do about .1g each over the course of the night. With cut stuff, Iβd have to do like 5x that for a mediocre buzz!
Maybe 6. Im back to college and learning precalc after being out of school for like 10+ years. A lot of relearning old stuff and learning new stuff at the same time.
It makes me anxious honestly.

Terrible night's sleep but I've had a couple of leads on work (one is almost in the bag) and I just did a big walk in the sunshine and I'm not in pain.
Pretty badass even if I'm gonna go pass out very soon.

22, im an absolute unit!
Definitely a 7-8 today. In my humanities course this quarter we did a thing with chopsticks since it's a Japanese culture and traditions course and I somehow managed to pick up 43 raw black eyed peas and transfer them over to a plate in a minute. 50% luck, 50% skill, and 100% fluke. Balanced that out by being a bit clumsier throughout the rest of the day.
Was at 10 yesterday, since I was playing Arkham Shadow and you don't get much more badass than being Batman.
Today it's 1. My whole body hurts. The one point comes from me not oversleeping this morning.
A medium high 1. I watched a man struggle to understand the basic gist of gravity.
