Anyone can take him on, but it takes a special kind of breakout victory to crack the stranglehold that Texas' corrupt government has on voter controls and active intimidation. Mark my words, Paxton and Abbot are going to be actively clearing out entire polling stations to make sure the state stays the course.

While you could argue he is not a natural born US citizen despite both of his parents being US citizens who were temporarily living in Canada, if you wanted to be a dick, trying to send him to Cuba is just being racist.

There isn't a serious legal debate that he isn't a "natural born citizen" but it's possible that someone could bribe enough SC members to decide otherwise.
