I've never heard of a climbing squash before! So the seeds are inedible? That's what I'm gathering from your description. I never worry about taking seeds out of zucchini.

The seeds are edible, just like zucchini. However, when they get bigger they get more... obvious (crunchy) when you're eating the squash.
Man I love climbing squashes. It's a really cool way to grow and pick them.
I saw that the new thing is apparently just vertical tie up but I gave such a soft spot for like an all trellis garden that you can walk under.
You can indeed walk under the arch! You might bonk your head on a dangling gourd or squash though.
The love tap from your veggies is the best part though!
