The tag says "volunteer", so this is on the wrong community...

Would you take the responsability if I delete that cute dog picture?

[–] Balthazar@lemmy.world 2 points 3 months ago

Oh, no! I didn't say you should delete it! The world needs more cute dog pictures. The cats have been winning lately...

You can volunteer to do a job

[–] ironhydroxide@sh.itjust.works 2 points 3 months ago (1 children)

[–] pseudo@jlai.lu 2 points 3 months ago

I mean many people are allergic to trees yet we have parks which are very good for overall wellness. I can't save everyone....

Do you mean hayfever?

[–] FundMECFSResearch@lemmy.blahaj.zone 1 points 3 months ago (3 children)

And no you cant help everyone but replacing something that is inclusive with something that excludes a group is not great. What about adding instead of replacing.

I'm pretty sure there isnt a thing not a single person isn't allergic to. There's an allergy for water.

[–] FundMECFSResearch@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 3 months ago (1 children)

no one is allergic to a wellness room

[–] FluffyPotato@lemm.ee 4 points 3 months ago

Rooms are made of stuff and contain stuff so there are like 100s of things someone could be allergic to. Outside of allergies someone could have some extreme form of claustrophobia as well which would make the whole idea of a room rather unappealing.

I mean businesses put wellness rooms because it is a regulation nowadays and in most cases they aim for the bare minimum which is a 5x5 room with an arm chair.

how about a dog or cat cafe (rescues only!) and a normal cafe you can go wherever you want

yknow, or would could just like, work people less, and pay them more, and give the more rights. But no, a dog is better.
