If we’re doing Lego stuff, I want the old gum drop iMac

Don’t feel bad. You’re only getting downvoted because MacRumours didn’t post it first.

I love my brand so much I need to display their store on my shelf

This is the apple_enthusiast community. Enthusiasts have Lego sets for all sorts of things for stuff the like. Why should liking a tech thing be any different?

And this is different from wearing merch from your favorite sports team or fashion designer how?

At least it’s on a shelf and not parading around in public as an unpaid walking billboard for someone.

It's a store, not a logo. There's something weirdly capitalist about it. I wouldn't find it weird if it was an classic iMac set but it's....a store

Unless the person has said they think those things are cool or acceptable, why would you assume they were inconsistent about thinking brand idoltry was dumb?

Does LEGO make a plywood piece?

[–] nokturne213@sopuli.xyz 1 points 5 months ago (1 children)

There are plates of various sizes without studs, their specific piece name escapes me at the monument. I am unsure of all the colors they are currently available in. But one could be used as plywood.

They are called tiles. I think that's the official name, anyway.

Thank you, I cannot believe I could not think of tiles.

Not enough mini figs waiting in line for tech support.
