Don't worry about control or being unable to react in time etc or how it affects you physically.

If I pick running, then I'll need super sight and reactions as well since there will be other people and cars on the path/roads.

no better reaction or sight than when driving at 100mph. the issue would probably be the wind or your shoes or something like that.
