Probably Ron Desantis will use those funds to create man sized hamsterwheels, which generates kinetic energy for the Daytona track, purely run off illegal immigrants that will be deported a month after without having to pay them.

It's the Desantis Free Universal Kinetics, or DFUK for short, and it will be declared a success as they call Nicola Tesla a stupid socialist.
