Honestly, at this point, he & Alito both are essentially throwing us the finger & daring anyone to really do anything about it.

It takes congressional impeachment to bring any consequences whatsoever, right? So basically it's impossible for them to suffer anything. Of course they're throwing the middle finger.

Thomas looks like he enjoys a good cheese hamberder or twelve, so that's pretty much the only thing that will stop him.

Yes, and it’s only happened once in US history. Samuel Chase was acquitted by the Senate in 1805 and continued to serve until his death.

It's open corruption, we already have bought and sold judges who flat out lied in the legislator that they would respect established precident
