There are plenty of good Lemmy communities that aren't on those instances. I don't blanket block them personally, but I understand those who do.

You could easily achive your goal by going back to reddit, there's nothing wrong with it. Seems like federated international community hosted by enthusiasts is just not your cup of tea. Centralized platform which goes to IPO would be able to provide you with echo chamber that you seek for.
